Boxer Briefliey is a speed-type Heel-Boxer who is the main antagonist of the Boxer Series™. He most commonly goes into boxing rounds with Boxer Bolt & often loses, becoming enraged, challenging rematches, & plotting to cheat. He's only ever won once against Boxer Bolt.
